    overheating Hitachi

Your breaker manufacturer will have a max return pressure spec And supply spec. I know for certain the Indeco breaker needs less than 105 psi. Measuring at the breaker. An Okada breaker can run up to 250 psi. I have set up more than 50 breakers on excavators Just using a good flow meter...

    Excavator hydraulic operating pressure

Your max normal operating pressure is 4980psi, but when you hit that boost button on top of the joystick (power digging) it gives you 5260 for 10-15 seconds. That is when stalling a function.

The brake band adjustment is separate from the clutch adjustment. It sounds like you are not fully declutching before braking. If memory is correct you will pull the brake lever aboout 2-3 inches and the clutch pressure will drop to 0 psi. Then 1-2 more inches and then you should have brake...

    Hitachi Dr ZX

I am not sure if the forum will let you put a screenshot of the software. I would be curious to see if it is the same as what I used. There have been so many names for that software. As the original Dr. ZX was handheld computer similar to what UPS uses on delivery trucks. But the original...

    Hitachi Dr ZX

with that software if memory is correct the diag cable is a USB adapter to serial to 4 pin. windows will automatically assign the USB port number but DR.ZX only runs on ports 1-4. so you may have to reasign it.

    Hitachi EX120-2 hydraulic fluid?

Make sure you bleed the pump before starting the engine. Use the large plug or fitting on top of the pump. Failure to do so could resuming then purchase of a new pump.

So usually when it gets unstuck like your talking about the problem then is usually the pedal pivot pin and not the valve. One does bolt to the other but. Crud usually gets under, behind, under the floor mat etc. blow it out. Lube only attracts the crud. However something to look at is the...
