    Bobcat 331 keyless start

Hi guys We have a 2002 bobcat 331 that I've had for many trouble free years. I had it in the shop for a few days to repack a cylinder. During that time the battery went dead so I had to jump it. I don't know if I fried something but now the keyless start only works about 1 out of 50 times you...

Wanting to buy a newer telehandler.

Pettibone bar none would be my choice. Simple and tough. Second would be either a skytrak or an RS series gehl. An owner operator can maintain these machines, unless you posses a high level of mechanical aptitude I would avoid the jlg, cat, genie or like machines. Too complicated.

    Terex TB42

I noticed if you press your finger on the board while using the function that doesn't work it will start working if the board is bad. Try that out.

    Terex TB42

Does that have the superflex circuit board in the lower control panel? We have had a few go bad and they will do some crazy and scary stuff. I would check that out.

    Genie S-125 Boom wont extend

Im almost certain that the axles are out all the way, there is a sensor issue as the lower display points to the axles having an issue. I am thinking that there isnt an issue with the roller switches as they both seem to be reading the same and physically seem fine. My guess is that its one...

    Genie S-125 Boom wont extend

Having issues with our Genie s125 where the boom wont extend out and the axles are out all the way as far as i can tell. The serial number is s12511-2914. When you try and function the boom from the lower control panel it beeps and points to the axles on the display. I have inspected the...

    844 lull issue

What you are feeling is the rear oscillation lock out disengaging when the boom comes down below a 40 degree angle. Totally normal.

    Genie z60/34 won't drive

Genie has a section in the repair manual dedicated to testing the coil to verify its to spec. Could be that you are dropping voltage from the wire or faulty coil. I would try to swap for another coil. Fast and easy way to eliminate things. Then test voltage on the plug.

    Genie z60/34 won't drive

Have you tested the coil for the drive function? That "value too high" is generally referring to the coil or coil wiring is faulty. I don't have a manual to look at just going from memory. I would try to swap coils and see what happens.

    Telehandler brakes grabbing

Not making any noises I can hear. Couldn't find anything on jlgs website. It says refer to zf manual which I don't have and can't find online.

    Telehandler brakes grabbing

Hi All Hoping to see where i should start with our Lull 1044c-54. The brakes are grabbing pretty bad and its making it difficult if not unsafe to operate. Is there a procedure for adjusting the brakes or are the wearable parts just shot would you say? This is a 2009 model with 5600 hours. I...

    Lull 1044c brake adjustment

It seems like our lull brakes are getting worse everytime i run the machine. When you press the brake pedal gradually down it doesnt do anything until it gets to that spot where they engage and then they slam on. There is no feathering the brake for a controlled stop anymore, they either are...
