VOLVO EC210 B engine Problem

Volvo Ec210 B show.
128 PID 164 2 error code .
the engine start. few second and Stop again. The start is Cant Continues to run.

Are you getting approximately 30 seconds of run time or 3-4 seconds. Please advise.

Is that the only error displayed? Its indicating rail pressure below desired. Its shooting for let's say 12k and the rail sensor is only seeing 9k. This is just an example. The reality is, the computer thinks there's a fuel leak, so it shuts down. Any difficulty getting started? I'm assuming that this is a late model tier 3 machine with a high pressure common rail fuel system.
