Not ridiculous, but a sign of life in a faltering AK economy. A load of long pipe fresh off da’ boat. Headed to Prudhoe Bay in a few minutes.

Four major ports on the road system. Valdez, Anchorage, Whittier and Seward.
This stuff is arriving at each port as fast as it can be delivered.

Get this. It’s being trucked through Canukistan, as well by any swinging d$ck with a pair of skate boards.

If you pulled in to pennsylvania with that set of pups you'd be tossed in jail... Alaska looks like more fun

The local airline just took a dump up there so buyer beware on getting in and out.
There was a local guy from western Pennsylvania that worked for the Alaskan rail road it was probably in the 50s. He worked like 6 months out of the year and he drove back and forth in a willeys jeep.

He was a tougher man then me!!!!

I believe a lady driver--makes no difference women are just as good of drivers as men.
Local logging/petroleum/construction outfit guy told me the lady truck drivers often are gentler to the truck and don't tear stuff up like the young men who just have to get over the hill as fast as possible.

Getting paid by the hour too of course.

Was it a suicide attempt? I mean, how do you manage to fit the truck through that gap?
