Deere 314G Bucket Dump Issue

Hey guys, we have a John Deere 314G, serial 1T0314GAJGJ296464. The bucket dump is extremely slow, to the point that it doesnt move at all when hitting the ground and you never hear any sign of relief or oil flowing freely when dumping. Tech had found the control cable between the control handle and curl/dump spool pinched and frayed. Replaced it and it did not correct the issue. The spool seams to be moving fully, both for dump and curl. Not seeing any signs of air in the sytem. Have checked that all solenoids on the loader control valve are functioning, and they are. Adjusted the counter balance valve, which only changed our bucket curl speed (which I believe makes sense). Does anyone have a hydraulic schematic that they could send over? Or has anyone dealt with something similar before? I'm thinking we may need to replace the seals for the dump/curl spool in the loader control valve. Just would like to make sure that this is diagnosed correctly and that we have a diagram of exactly what is what in the control valve. We do have the parts manual, but that doesnt label functions. Thanks in advance!

Counterbalance valve should not affect curl speed. It only affects dump speed.

Check your messages.
Thank you. I thought the counterbalance valve would affect curl speed, but I guess I was thinking about it backwards. Thanks a bunch for the schematic and your help, once again!
