Deere 135D Low Oil Pressure Warning

Hi guys,

Anyone here familiar with the John Deere 135D machines?

I was running my machine the other day and when I would stop moving the Auto Idle would kick on (as it should) and then the battery indicator would turn on. When I ran the machines idle back up the light would go out. The batteries are 3-4 yrs old and it is possible that they are junk/the alternator could be going out.

An hour or so later, when the auto idle kicked on, the machine started to rumble. The battery light AND the low oil pressure warning turned on. I turned off the machine and checked the oil. No visible leaks and oil level are fine.

I looked in the service menu and found had a code under IFC controller. The IFC controller was highlighted abnormal. The code was 14006-2. I searched google and couldn’t find anything that relates to the engine oil pressure.

Also, when I would turn the machine off the electric fuel pump wouldn’t turn off. I had to disconnect the batteries after a few minutes to get the fuel pump to shut off.

Any help is appreciated!

thank you!

Curious what happened with this machine. My 85g just started similar symptoms.
