Would this battery work on a 1971 580ck gasoline engine and no power shuttle? I have enough rebates to get it for free..you know sort of. It is a threaded stud instead of post and I'll have to change the battery terminals of course if it will work good or not..

That looks like it will do it as long as physical size is acceptable.

Thanks, I didn't think about threaded post adapters. It will save some grief.

A 31p is the battery mine (not a Case) had and I replaced with the same thing. It's the same battery but with standard top posts.
