We've threw everything at it we own except our 627s, what is the answer? Basin 12ft. deep (nothing solid for 30ft.) with 3:1 slopes. We used our 40ton ADTs, Scraper tractors with single pans, we even attempted top loading the pans with a 330 Cat Hoe. Keep in mind our Hoe won't sit up long enough to load anything our JD 700H LGP dozers will not run through this stuff, and our tractors once loaded hang up before they get dumped. The ground literally pumps 30ft out from our machines when we drive across.

Sorry all the dates are wrong Enjoy the pics we're having a blast!!!

We Def. don't want anymore rain and haven't had any for several days now but it's still nasty. I think it's as dry as it is going to get, this job has to be done yesterday.... one of those deals you know?!?!

If the land was just cleared, is there any slash piles to build a haul road out of? I would use slash or logs, to firm up the troubled sections, or mud mats if you have a bunch. The loaded trucks can drive on the haul road, and the empty ones can take their own path back.

Designate some haul roads and keep them graded, salted and compacted.

If the site is extremely wet, can you dig drainage ditches to lower the water table? Is there anywhere to send the water?

This is what we do on clearing jobs that are wet and it works pretty well.

how about some well points?
dig a deep hole, perforate some 20' x 24" tin whistle, pound it into the hile, backfill with 3" stone, and pump away.

Looks to me like you need to get a low spot for the water to drain to and install a pump.
Import some lime to dry up some decent haul roads.
Dont overload what can still move and explain to everybody its not a game this is work so stop sodding about and think about what you are doing or we will all be doing nothing.

I am not suggesting that anybody is deliberately messing about but ..........:drinkup
