What happens when you drive a boom lift too fast....

down a really steep hill. Used to see these a lot, of course this happened at 7 PM on a Sunday in the middle of a street on the side of a mountain :). Anyways, here's the exploded drive motor....

LoL...a little more than the Genie lift could handle, eh Randy?

Did the operator have it in high drive going down a hill? Crazy! :D

Oh no, they would NEVER do that! There's little doubt in my mind, same operator who tried to drive it with one jack all the way down...:)

Would rather see the snapped axle shafts that we used to have on ours. Least you could keep a stock of Ford Stub Shafts and U joints handy.
