What does the following message mean: "187 SID 250 9"
It is shown on the LCD of 290BLC S/N:13645
Is there any key combination to check for error on the monitor, or the only way is contronic, thanks.

That means your IECU and EECU are not communicating with the VECU.
3) remove the back cover of your instrument panel and see if there is water or evidence of water inside. You'll know it when you see it.
1) check EMS and DATA relays located in power distribution panel above battery box behind 4 bolt cover. Swap em out with high speed travel and horn. Or replace with new
2) check all your fuses.
Does your fuel gauge work? Do you have throttle control? Have you verified that your bypass switch is in the correct position?
If these 3 don't pan out , you may need a harness or VECU. Unfortunately that's best left to dealer diagnosis. Make sure they perform both active and passive testing against engine and vehicle ECU and demand to see the results. Things get expensive quickly and you shouldn't pay for someone to learn what they're doing.
