Call D & W Diesel in Auburn, NY. They also have several locations that might be more convenient for you, although the shop work will probably be done in Auburn. Fast and quality service.
Are you sure the turbo is bad? What color is the smoke? make sure you do your troubleshooting before you start shotgunning parts at the engine.

JCB tech came out said compression is good it’s a rebuilt, but the smoke is kinda bluish black, burns no oil, he thought the impeller was kind of loose ?
