Three numbers stamped in block

On my 955C 12A03563, there are three numbers stamped in block on the left side above the ID tag and below the head. I was wondering what that is for?

sometimes engine machine shops or rebuilders stamp the block with a number which is also on the work order so they can track it or refer back to it
