You can keep all that snow down south. All us Canadians in SW Ontario breathed a sigh of relief when we got 25mm of rain and not 40cm of snow. Hahahaha

The transformation of earthmoving machinery into snow pushers is a really nice thing! :yup Adding a picture from the parking lot in Brno. Kind of smaller machine :) with a tilting blade.

Looks like the loader from the Glastonbury transfer station.

Hey Jay ... Nope, it belongs to the East Hartford DPW, although Glastonbury may have a similar machine. I'll check it out next time I'm there ... I'm building a home in South Glastonbury :D

How does that skidsteer plow with tracks? Ive heard they ride rough on pavement and slide alot when plowing, any truth to this?

i thought it did a great job...it struggled around 11pm when there was starting to get a coat of ice under the snow, but the trucks were sliding all over the place too

i think it did much better then a tire machine, especially pushing the piles up and pushing 10" at once

that CAT machines ride pretty smooth over asphalt...its the takeuchis, bob cats, and deeres with the pad style tracks that are rough
