skytrak 8042 legacy brakes not fully releasing

hello to all; our skytrak 8042 legacy brakes do not full release. It will release enough so it will move but they are dragging to much to use the machine. We just brought it in from the job site and haven't checked any thing yet. It seems like all 4 brakes are involved. Any help much appreciated Roger
