skytrak 10054 right front axle binding

I have a skytrak 10054 and the right front axle is binding while driving it will do it going straight and while turning it does not do it all the time its intermittent we disassembled the axle from the planetary to the ring and pinion and we can not find any damage all gears u joints bearings brakes all look new I have no idea what is causing this any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated

What kind of oil are you using?

JLG/ZF only recommend Mobil 424 in these axles. It has an anti-wear/friction modifier in it and it may help with what your seeing.
