Replacing the plastic bumper on buddy barry's mack

buddy barry asked me to replace the plastic front bumper on his mack. i never realized that that is was all plastic and just a couple of steel supports. good thing he only broke it hitting a snow bank.


more to come as i make him a bumper out of recycled steel. it won't be pretty but it take on any snow bank and caribou anyday, .

since it was raining in the KINGDOM, i had to whip up the bumper in my little shop then hope it fit back on the truck. my material of choice was a shevling unit and bent flat bar. at the end of the day, the new bumper looked pretty good and straight, LOL.
