Nice work as ever Chris.:thumbsup

I doubt you will be ever that short of work with the quality you turn out and obvious experience.
I'm hoping that like yourself being able to tackle jobs others shy away from, by knowing what to use and how to use it and finally always leaving it as if I were paying for the job myself will see me through this difficult time.

Just a small point, on a lot of your projects we in the UK would utilise a site dumper in the six or nine tonne class (some ten tonners are now being utilised). Are these not common over in the States? As they are a most effective way of moving material over a short haul at minimal cost.
Operators only have to have basic skills, however it's always easier to have a skilled person on one as it will save a lot of damage and tidying up!
For you applications a 6 or 9 tonner with some good wide tyres would I believe be a great addition to your fleet.
Plenty of really cheap ones over here and the exchange has swung completely in your favour!:(

Hope you keep busy

I hope so man, I hope so. I do the best I can.

As far as those little dumpers they are not very common over here. Most the off road trucks here start in the 25 - 30 ton range. Those little stings would probably get stuck in all the mud we work around to.

Yeah I've been playing around here and there. Just started a nasty big job today, should be very interesting. Nobody in their right mind would even think about taking a machine where I'm getting ready to go!

here is a little wall I removed and regraded

Finished, then I rounded up some old buckets at the shop. I've got three now that need to be scraped. I might just use this one on the takeuchi as a bucket for bulk dirt:eek:
