cca is china construction america, should give it to conti he was a little higher but he is an AMERICAN. We need to set a new change in this country. Spread the word, spread the work!

Couldn't agree with you more. A tunnel job here in WA was done a couple a couple years ago by Obayashi who is based out of Japan. Getting to be not a good deal, even though they use local labor, the money leaves the country.
