New Holland LB75B Hydraulic Problem

Hey guys, I'm looking at purchasing a New Holland LB75B backhoe. The rear stabilizers will only go down, but will not retract up. Also the rear bucket cylinder will only dump, it will not curl. All the other hydraulics work fine. Any ideas what might be the problem? Serial number is: 031030785

Check the circuit pressure, compare bucket retract to bucket extension, probably loose piston. Don't know about this one but some of the Euro machines have cartridge valves on the outrigger cylinders. Also need the line pressure to see what's going on without guessing
