Power shuttle problem?
Hello , I am new to the forum and new to these machines. I have found out that, unlike my original assessment, I seem to have a power shuttle machine . In cleaning up the dash instruments, I found two gages , one that reads clutch pressure and the other Torque converter temp. The clutch pedal goes into what appears to be a hydraulic control on top of the trans case.
My original impression was that it was mechanical was due to feeli9ng I needed to put the clutch pedal in to shift the shuttle. I tried Elast's instruction to put the machine in High range,high gear, and machine did not notice ,let alone stall. Sounds bad? Seems to run ok in low /low. Dip stick on forward part of case reads low . What fluid should be used in torque converter section? Thanks for any help you can give.
