Not sure if this belongs here or in the forestry section.I work for a logging company running a Link Belt 3400 Quantum excavator with a stroke delimber mounted on it.They bought another machine like it 2 years ago with the highwalker undercarriage on it which is wider and heavier than the standard undercarriage.They got a "good" deal on it as the frame where the upper attaches to the rotec was cracked.Anyway they had a local machine shop weld it.It's broken out now twice more.Is this something common to these machines and is it fixable?
