I can't get to the thread but if you purchase that solenoid valve

There is your cross over which I would set it 2000

The valve is only rated for 5GPM so if you have a 4" bore cylinder and a 24" stroke it will take about 10 seconds

You can keep your auxiliary valve that you have connected and tee this one off of one of the inputs to your valve bank off of one of the variable displacement pumps

Looks like it got moved to the "compact excavator" section.
