Komatsu PC35 MR2 2006 problem with swing and blade

Hello everyone, after fixing main problem with hydraulic pump and pressure, the following problem appeared. When the excavator is turned on for the first time commands of swing and blade not working, they start working briefly and stop, but other commands of travel and working equipment working normal. After the excavator warms up in place for 10-15 min, after that everything works flawlessly. I changed the gear pump but the same thing happens. Any advice?

Replaced main hydraulic pump with new one, because had a problem with engine stalling when warm....
