Hey guys i'm trying to learn a little about Komatsu and one big question i have about there dozers is what is the difference between EX and PX? Example D61PX-15 D61EX-15. Did a little searching on the net but never really came up with anything. I'm thinking its not much difference but i've been wrong before.

Normal and wide tracks. The PX is a LGP modell.
The EX has normal tracks.:)

MKTEF is right... the ground pressure is significantly lower on the PX. Not only is it a wider gauge between the sprockets but there is more track on the ground (approx 600 mm or 2' longer in the case of the D61) and of course has an additional track roller.
