In all gears or just a few? I would recommend doing some pressure checks first. Check your torque converter in and out pressure. Also check your main oil pressure.

Is this unit only slow going up hill or is there a machine power issue?
Machine power issue- There is a inline fuel filter in the right side frame under some hose's
If it is just slow going up hill does the transmission feel like it is slipping?
