i have been wondering what "TC" means on this deere dozer?? does anyone know???

I'm not sure what "TC" stands for, but the TC models have the drive controls on 2 sticks between your legs old school style.

The TC stands for torque converter, they offered this machine in either direct drive or torque converter :bash
