JLG G6-42A won't move

Hello all-Any JLG gurus here? Got a G6-42A serial 0160045216. They cranked it up and there are 3 lights in the instrument cluster flashing and it won't move. We checked all the fuses and nothing was blown. Anyone know what the issue might be? I'm thinking something shorted and the flashing is some sort of warning. It's just steadily blinking-nothing like a code number. Thanks!
