Okay, so I've been snooping around JD's website the last couple of months, and I've seen the new K series machines. They set to be launched by Bell Equipment, no doubt at this year's Royal Agricultural Show, but what I would like to know is whether or not you all have any feedback on these machines?

If so, what can you tell me about operator comfort and what not, engine and hydraulic performance, and so on? The bottom line is 'are they any better than the J series?'

Thanks in advance.

Operator comfort is a little better, but overall very similar to the J series. Monitor is ten times better and their are added options that can be real assets to certain customers. There are actually a lot of new stuff that makes them much nicer overall. I will have to think about this one for a second.

Went to school on them back in October. They are real smooth, plus the added 5th gear is awesome. Plus a manual torque converter lockup is pretty awesome also. Back up camera/sensor option. Push button start, the list goes on and on

Yup....that is the best feature of the entire new model line up. Anyone ever try to check the oil on an engine before the sun comes up? It is a pain in the arsh. Not on the K-series!!:drinkup
