Have one in the works we are setting up for right now. 5 houses, one bank, and two condo buildings. Might have some issues with it now though. Original bid for the condos showed 500 sq feet of friable ACM. After being awarded the bid, we got a final ACM report, the condos have 26,000 sq feet. The bid is for a unit price, but being it is 20% more than the original contract, owner reserves the right to rebid, pull the building, or renegotiate the contract. They may very well pull the condos from the contract because the ACM removal cost will double the original bid price.
