our hitatchi 800 all of the sudden the hydraulics are slow. Will barely pick up the bucket even at high engine speed. filters have been changed does anyone know what could be the problem ?

What series? EX? ZX? My first thought would be to check your pilot pressure.

Need to know series and dash number.

Are all functions slow? What about track speeds? If 1 track is slow and the other is fast I would look at the pump regulator. They do stick and usually its the rear pump IIRC because that pump has the regulator on the bottom. All the wear particles in the oil tend to settle in it.
