We have had some tracking issues and have wrote up a letter to send to the local dealers and such, so instead of retyping it i have attached it to the forum. It has all our test results and operations. Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like the front pump is not stroking for some reason.Try traveling with a dig function activated and see if it will travel straight. Also do a cycle time check .Are the swing or the bucket slow? It may be something as simple as a pilot pressure sensor.

If we travel and dig it does go straight. Also the swing and bucket operate normal. We will try the cycle time and see what it is.

Thats good .You can stop chasing your tail with the propel system. It sounds like the signal to the front pump is not working just when you use propel. I do not have a manual for that machine and am relying on memory .Call the dealer and tell him what you found and he can probably steer you in the right direction.Or you can write to deere and pick up an operations and test manual on cd. It may seem costly but the time and money you will save knowing the system will be substantial.
