I do these quite a bit, often with more established lawns, that have settled and moved over the years. I always price it by the square foot or square yard of area to the customer, all the time thinking of what I need to make per hour. As Brian said a SS with op runs $600 a day, make a little on the specialty (harley rake) and as others have said I would say you should do it for around $1000.
When I did the estimate to the customer I would do it at a certain amount (cents) per sq. ft. Makes the customer feel good to think they are paying such a small amount per sq. ft. as opposed to $50+ per hour of labor. I also never make the amount come to an even numver. be a little below or above the $1000 mark. Just my opinion, sounds like a pretty straight forward job.
