I'd see if the manual showed how the lines are connected and what they all do. If it did buy the manual. It's always good to have manuals for your equipment but some are much better than others. It's possible the person you talked to at Reynolds had poor customer service skills just like some dealers. Some service people are worse than useless and some will go out of their way to help you. Some won't help much if you didn't buy the machine new from them.
