Heat lance info wanted

Looking around for a small style ' heat lance ' for cleaning out cracks before you seal them .
Is anyone using them , have you got any opinions ... good or bad on what brands / models are out there ?

I`m sure there are a few brands out there but we had couple from www.crafco.com Like anything else out there, a lot of it depends on who is holding it. It isn`t going to clean out the crack, just dry it and heat it up. If it is that dirty, it will sill need to be cleaned out. They also go through a LOT of propane.
