between the "new guys" & the "lowlifes" at my old job.. I'd be rich..

That & "I don't know, I haven't seen it"..
When I'm looking for a special tool.. & the guy I asked, JUST tore down a pump, 10 minutes ago, that REQUIRED THAT TOOL inorder to get it apart..

When people ask me, "do you think I can rebuild this pump myself"??
Depending on their skill level..
I usually answer>> "do you know how to build a watch"??

It's about 22 bucks an hour. But it's really amazing how fast he's learning and he really wants to learn. Got him on a 3406B inframe right now an he's doing a great job. You just don't find these guys anymore. It helps he grew up on a farm.
Hopefully he sticks around usually the ones that want to stay have 100 lb feet solid ears and the mouth takes up most of the face....
