Error CA 559 and CA 2249

Hello guys, I got error CA 559 and CA 2249 for Komatsu PC200-8
I have checked all the fuel line , all is fine. Injector have been changed also.

The ignition start is fine, the problem came when start to dig, the engine become bubbling and black smoke comes out,
Any idea what should i do?

CA2249 follow the CA559 FAULT CODE. They are low common rail pressure error.
