Hi all,
Pump on this loader became very noisy lately. At first only when cold. Then after about a month, when warm also. Hydraulic filter was recently changed, didn't help with the problem. This is the info I got from the owner.
I suspected that pump is sucking air, because it sounds like it, so I ran it a bit, and after shut off, I opened the cap on hydraulic tank, and there was pressure inside, normal "whoosh" was heard. How ever, oil is all foamed and bubbly inside.
Any ideas? How can pump suck air if tank is under pressure?
