Looking info on the proper coolant/ antifreeze for a 1975 cat d4d , I am flushing the engine and radiator. Also would like to change hoses if anyone knows the part # for upper + lower . thx.
To get the correct Part Numbers for hoses a machine Serial Number would be a great help.
For coolant that machine was designed to run on DEAC, but TBH if you are going to flush it and get rid of all traces of what's in there now I would go for a 50/50 premixed Extended Life Coolant (ELC).
