CAT 962G strange problem

Hi all,

We are expecting a problem with a wheel loader CAT 962G (3BS). The truck after working for two or three hours has problems with the activation of the hydraulic functions. Raise and lower of bucket is done with difficulties, you have to move several times the lever to take one operation. Same thing is expexted also with the tilt function of the bucket.
These problems are shown when the truck is hot, if you cool it down for 1 hour it will work without problems for the next 2-3 hours than the problems are shown again.
Hydraulic pressures are ok, levers are ok also.
Can anyone please help ?

I'd be pulling screens and filters and checking for loose connections on ecms first mate, easy stuff. I had a similar problem a while back turned out to be a sticky hydraulic lock out solenoid. Good luck.
