Cat 559 C knuckle boom loader

When I swamped the 2 hydraulic lines that run from pump to control valve my swing and grapple work fine now. The problem switched to boom and stick are working slow now. I didn’t see trash in spool and they didn’t seem to be sticking. Where could I look now?
