I was looking for a fair value of a 2006 cat 277c with 1350 hours cab,heat,air,hi flow, great maintenance tracks are OK not new

I always like to use Machinary Trader to value equipment. They have a tab for auction prices as well as a for sale tab. Just have to find what fits your machine and figure auction vs. for sale price then adjust for your area. Around here the MTL are not as desirable as the CTL, too much maintenance from what I hear.
