There is a good dent in side, so i am unable to pull out the piston past the dent!

OH Shoot, probably cheapest to find a machine shop near you to cut the end off weld on a new barrel, keep us informed DW

Today i found a used one for 400. dam! new aftermarket are 7-800, still have to ship, i am going to see about a machine shop monday!

you might should consider the used one, a new barrel welding end on, cutting new threads on other end, labor involved, as long as the piston is not buggered up may cost that much, check your local machine shop and see, keep in touch
