C frame Eye bolts stuck

Rebuilding the blade on my D3B down to the Eye bolts at the rear of C frame,got the nuts off but cant get the eye bolt to budge.Put a pin in it and jacked the tractor up trying to twist it,no luck yet any thoughts?:Banghead

Have you tried ant heat?

Loads of heat, as much hydraulic muscle as it will take without breaking, all topped off with the scientific application of the FBH .......
