was it drifting before you repacked the cylinders?
the most common cause of cyl drift is the piston nuts not being tight.
how fast is the drift?
next place i'd check would be the load check, and then the tilt lock valve.

drifting full up to down 20 seconds
nuts on rods tighten up with 4' breaker bar and lock tight
could it be spool and tilt valve by passing maybe o ring in spool
what is the tilt lock valve
thanks really

i'm not going to be able to describe the location of the load checks and lock valves. best thing you can do is get ahold of a service manual for your machine. bobcat.com should have a parts breakdown, but typically bobcat doesnt identify what valves are in what location. parts breakdowns assume you already know what component you are looking at.
