Anyone know how to get Upper frame and glass out of Cat 322L??

Have a 1995 Cat 322L and need to replace front upper frame glass. Glass shop is a few hundred miles away so they need frame and glass in one piece. Removed the one side latch assembly on the inside and thought unit would come out easily but with the remaining three rollers on it is super tight and will not come out...doesn't seem I will be able to get the other rollers off as they are factory.

Anyone out there have any tricks to take this unit out?
