850 h case dozer

I have a case 850 H dozer and when operating blade it moves up or down very slow. Has anyone out there had this problem ?

Is it just the blade lift that's slow or is the angle slow too? Does the blade drift down? There was a bulletin for blade hesitation, due to cylinder cavitation. It involves installing a low pressure regeneration kit.

Just lift is slow,no drift once up. Thanks Gary ,I will check out the low pressure regeneration kit.
