1996 Genie S60 Auxiliary runs but no function from platform.

Just as the title states, I have a 1996 S60 Genie boom lift and the auxiliary functions are not working from the platform. The auxiliary functions work and operate normally from the ground controls. When using the basket auxiliary you can hear the pump running but when attempting to operate a function the pump sounds rough.
