Our 140G has no gears, we are chasing any troubleshooting we can do and if anyone has the schematics for the transmission it would be a great help.

Have you looked at the operation of the inching pedal that neutralizes the transmission.?
A Serial Number gets you the technical information regarding transmission operation & testing.
