Injector tip blown off. Injector oring leaking and filling crankcase. Have you checked the oil. Does it sound like it has a miss?

Pull the dipstick for the engine oil. Is it above the maximum mark..? If yes that's where your diesel is going all you need to do is find out how it's getting into the oil pan.

In order to suggest possible causes needs the machine Serial Number because various models of the IT28G were built with conventional HP injection systems and others use common rail.

Yes it's has bad miss no throdel response in less hold to the floor then it will idle up some
