Deere 310 E loader valve leak

I have only bought JD agriculture parts for my green tractor...never any JD construction parts. Does Deere have online parts manuals? Should I find a local JD construction equipment dealer to buy parts from? Sorry to ask so many questions but I appreciate the help.

Deere 310 E loader valve leak

Hello, My JD 310E started leaking all the sudden from the piece circled in red in the picture... It looks like it rusted internally then the rust pushed through the paint and fluid started escaping. 1. The piece it's leaking from looks removable but I'm not familiar with the workings of a valve...

    Swing Gear Wear Excessive?

Mine does have the tray. It has 4 holes in the bottom of it that are about 3/4" (to drain water maybe?) Should the tray be packed full of grease upon reassembly? The only access to it when the machine is all put together is reaching up from the bottom of the undercarriage

    Swing Gear Wear Excessive?

The help given here is appreciated very highly by myself. The knowledge base here is so helpful when mechanic-ing is not your every day job. Again I appreciate it.

    Swing Gear Wear Excessive?

Also, I don't think there is a way to pack the ring gear cavity on this machine. It seems sealed up from above and below. There is a grease line that goes to where the pinion gear would be running by but the grease line doesn't put grease directly on the pinion. All that said, I wonder what the...

    Swing Gear Wear Excessive?

I know I have never put the thing in mud or water more than a couple of inches deep. There was no indication that it had been before either(not a lot of crud or dirt buildup in the belly pan or otherwise) but of course I don't know how it was treated before me. The swivel joint seal was leaking...

    Swing Gear Wear Excessive?

That being said, the position of the machine while the gears were wearing against each other would have been "digging over the idlers" and the machine, when trailered, would have been with the digging arm over the final drives. The bobcat service manual says there is a "soft zone" on the inner...

    Swing Gear Wear Excessive?

The pinion teeth seem to be worn evenly, it's uneven wear on the slew ring gear(and only in one spot). There are 13 pinion gear teeth and 96 ring gear teeth.

    Swing Gear Wear Excessive?

I figured as much... The slew ring is around $1900.00 for an aftermarket part. The shaft, bearings and seals are around $1000.00 from Bobcat with the shaft itself around $700. Would a shaft like this be available aftermarket? I'm not to sure where to look. Thanks for everyone's opinion.

    Swing Gear Wear Excessive?

I'm in the process of changing out the swing bearing due to excessive wear on my Bobcat 328d. I'm concerned about the wear of the swing gear that engages the slew ring. Will the worn gear damage the new ring? Replacement of the slew ring is quite a process in itself (parts cost and labor) but...

    Kobelco SK210 Pump Problem

I found the stepped nuts but when I removed the 13mm one, I couldnt get the square adjustment screw to turn at all not even with vice grips. I put it back together because I was tearing up the square end. Also, reaching the one facing me was easy but getting to the other one facing the motor...

    Kobelco SK210 Pump Problem

Thanks for the part number again. The high pressure sensor finally came in and I just put it in. Everything looks good in the maintenance screens and the machines tracking well. One problem remains: The machine is still luggging and throwing black smoke when a lever or pedal is at full...
